Optional voice input
Microphone recording starts only when you choose to record, for up to 24 seconds. You consent separately before sending it to OpenAI for transcription. Review and edit the text before sending your question. We do not store the audio recording. When online voice is available, the transcript, duration and consent record are stored in your private conversation with the same planned 30 day retention. You can discard the local recording before transcription.

What you choose to share
Exploration uses your description, the selected language and the project brief. A direct request includes your name, email, optional phone, brief and consent. Do not include passwords, confidential documents or private customer information. There is no file upload in the initial experience.
Catalog and online features
Catalog mode runs in your browser and does not generate an AI response or save a lead. Opening a prepared email passes the details to your own email application. When online features are enabled, Firebase supplies authentication and protected storage, and OpenAI processes the scoped description to produce project guidance. The interface identifies which mode is available.
Purpose and access
We use a reviewed request to assess fit, respond and organize the agreed next step. Anonymous authentication identifies online sessions; it does not grant public access to private requests. Administrator access is restricted. Provider integrations are enabled only when configured, and notification or meeting status is separate from the request receipt.
Retention and your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion through the contact email. Online session records expire after 30 days of inactivity; requests without an ongoing relationship expire after 180 days. Automated deletion runs asynchronously after expiration. Operational records may need separate retention for security or an active agreement. The team confirms the applicable record and deletion status when responding.
Browser storage and notifications
The site does not use advertising trackers. Online authentication and security providers may use necessary browser storage. Push notifications are optional and require a separate browser permission and a confirmed subscription. Refusing notifications does not prevent project exploration or direct contact.
